Policies
Payments Accepted
We accept cash, card, check, and Venmo. We require full payment upon completion of our service to your home. We ask that outstanding balances be paid prior to the next scheduled cleaning. If left unpaid before the next cleaning day, we will be unable to perform the cleaning. Returned checks are charged a $30 dollar returned check processing fee.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to cleaning. Any cancellations done past the 24 hour mark will be subject to pay a cancellation fee of up to half of your scheduled cleaning bill.
Flat Rate Pricing
We offer a simple flat-rate pricing structure that allows you to get a fair price based solely on the square footage of your home and the services you select. We offer several levels of cleaning, plus many add-on options so that you can customize our services to suit your needs. If you would like a specific service that is not on our cleaning menu, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you if possible.
Changes From Original Quote
We offer an upfront price estimate before we even enter your home, based on what you tell us about the size of your home and the cleaning service selected. We reserve the right to change the quoted pricing, including any applicable discounts, if the actual size or circumstances of your (home, office, business etc.) are not as described, or if the booking options selected are inappropriate.
Rate Increases
We reserve the right to raise our rates as needed to adjust cost, however we will always give our clients advance notice of any price increase.
Preparing for the visit
Supplies: We provide all cleaning supplies. We ask for all clients to provide a mop, and vacuum (if applicable). If you are unable to provide these items, we ask that you let us know in advance so we can provide these items.
Arrival: We are family owned and operated. There will be two team members on site at each cleaning. Prior to the cleaning technician's arrival, please remove all items (clothing, toys, etc.) that may delay the efficient cleaning of your home. This will maximize productivity and minimize the time we spend cleaning your home.
*If you have any irreplaceable collectibles, or expensive objects, we ask that these items be secured or put away in order to avoid painful accidents.
Arrival Window: We will provide an estimated arrival time in advance to your cleaning date, with a follow up notification the day before your scheduled cleaning. We cannot guarantee a precise arrival time so we ask that you allow a 1 hour window from the scheduled appointment time for technicians arrival.
